①　水中でレギュレータを使って呼吸してみる。
②　マスク内に水が入った場合のクリアを習う。
③　フィンを使って水中を移動してみる。
④　耳脱ぎを練習して深いプールに潜ってみる。
⑤　一人で泳いでみる、　（周りにはスタッフが大勢います）
⑥　水中でポーズを決めてみる。　良くできました   ◎
